“When I meditate, I usually see flames of purple or mixed colors. But this time, I saw the purple flame change into a yellowish white light. This is my first time seeing golden white light. Every time I saw that light, I felt very safe.
At some point, I felt support on my back. Whenever I was about to fall backwards, something in my spine kept me upright. This is something I have never experienced before.
When you started giving blessings, I felt ripples as you tapped my heart chakra. When your hands were on top of my head, I felt a chill down my spine and my hair stood on end. This whole experience was very new to me.
When I tried to focus on receiving as guided, I realized that receiving is actually very hard. This session was a great reminder of how important receiving is and how hard it can be, which is the reason why we need to practice receiving.
